Ownership and usage rights are set out in your project agreement. In most commissions, the client receives the rights to use the final delivered film as agreed, while we keep our working files and the right to show the work in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.
Yes. We follow platform rules (for example, YouTube’s altered or synthetic content label) and recommend clear disclosure. We will advise you on the right labelling for your platform and audience.
Only with written consent from the person concerned. We do not create likenesses of real people, public figures or celebrities without their documented permission.
Each quote includes defined revision rounds at the script, storyboard and edit stages. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately before we do them.
English, Hindi and other Indian languages for voice-over, dialogue and captions. Ask us about your language when you send the brief.
Typically an advance to begin, a milestone payment at the storyboard or first-cut stage, and the balance before final delivery. Exact terms are agreed in your quote. Prices exclude GST unless stated.
